2. Unzip WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home.zip
Right click WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home.zip and Extract All…
use default name for folder to extract: WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home
Allow 10 minutes for Extract to complete and be ~6GB in size
3. Run/double click setup.exe in WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home
When asked if to allow app to make changes to PC confirm ok
Software Install will take about 5 Minutes
