(pre-requisite is Java JDK installed can use : https://www.openlogic.com/openjdk-downloads)
Go to download url:
https://tomcat.apache.org/download-90.cgi
Select and download installer for windows: 32-bit/64-bit Windows Service Installer (pgp, sha512)
Double click installer exe similar, maybe later version to apache-tomcat-9.0.87.exe
There will be windows service running now as below:
